Culinary Arts
A Culinary Tour of Umbria with Tracey Zabar
12 days: $4,548 for class of up to 7 people; double occupancy; includes all excursions, cooking ingredients and wines. Single supplement $350.
Tuition includes single room with bath in an air-conditioned four-star hotel, breakfast, four-course dinner, instruction and studio, lectures, and all gratuities. Non-participants, July 17 to August 10, $200 per day in a double room. Participants who arrive early or stay a few extra days, $200 per day. If a spouse or guest joins a participants before or after July 18 to August 14, $375 a day for both. All prices subject to minor changes based on rate of exchange.
Supplement: $100 a week for artists (studio space).
Not Included: Airfare, transportation to and from Assisi, field trips, outdoor painting excursion fees, lab (model) fee, liquor, wine, laundry, and meals outside the hotel.
Reservations are limited and will be accepted when accompanied by a deposit of $1000.
Full refund before May 17, half refund before June 17. Full tuition due by June 17.
